pat toomey and donald trump: they're not for you. women vote is responsible for the content of this advertising. perfect timing. >> it is fantastic timing. >> it is great ways worried i said we work early in order to vote it is over at 3:00 this morning a septa strike end with the deal, just in time for election day so when will everything get back to normal. it will take a while 24 hours maybe this evening's commute will be better, and we will start taking regular trains, buses and trolleys. steve with the details. >> and, 24 hours to go, another major twist in the race for the white house the fbi ends it latest investigation in hillary
7:01 am
clinton's e-mails without filing charges how donald trump is now responding. plus star power hillary clinton continues to rel rel out celebrities in the final hours of her campaign. this weekend it was jay see beyonce and katie perry and then lebron james who she is calling on it this at her final rally and that final rally will be right here, just what a block away there where we are right now. >> i look to high right alex holley and i can he see the stage set up in front of the independent visitors center, in between fifth and sixth on market. how about those eagles. >> do you hear that? it is called a tail spin spiraling down. dropping another divisional game. they easily could have wound this thing. but does this mean the season is over? what say you good day everybody it is monday november 7th, 2016, sue serio it seems as if she's crime
7:02 am
sevening at the bit. >> i think fox jinked it because they did that montage of last minute come backs right before that last play of the game and i was screaming at the television you are jinking, stop it. >> did you know, talking about politics real quickly here, last two behind warning eagles/giants game and there was i two minute donald trump commercial i have never seen before. one time showing of it. >> he probably got one shot and bam. >> huge, two minutes yes. >> okay. >> 7:02. traffic is big story septa strike is over. >> ring the bell, lets go, already we have an accident eastbound on the schuylkill a live look at conshohocken, right here near your conshohocken curve. even they strike is over, i kind of compared to it like when you get new toy but dad didn't give you batteries so you have to hang in there until we can get trains fix up and ready to go. no service for morning rush
7:03 am
hour, so will folks using that same means of transportation, car, bike, cab uber rider south on i-95 earlier accident at allegheny avenue all lanes block east on the turnpike near morgan town. we will roll back, market frankford and subway should come back on first followed by buses, trial is, services phased in throughout the day. we have a big campaign event just right up the street. it will be set up on the grass right in front of the national constitution center over to independence hall. regardless of what time the septa market frankford comes back that fifth street station will remain closed, for security reasons with tonight's event which of course, sue is outdoors so we are all looking at you. >> yeah, sweater jacket weather, and it will not rain. a front, these temperatures in the 30's and 40's, but we don't have that frost advisory anymore. no rain in the offing at all
7:04 am
not today and not tomorrow election day either. 39 degrees right now it was chilly, we had sunrise so you will remember. 6:37. earlier sunrise but an earlier sunset so 20's, 30's throughout the region as you get started dress warmly enough and get ready for bright sunshine all day and high of 58 degrees. here's the kicker from the time change. we got that extra hour of sleep mike and alex but sunset at 4:52. >> i will go to bed at 4:52. >> there is no way you are going to bed at 4:52. >> we have a big president tonight. >> benefits big brothers and big sisters. >> we will tell you more about that. you can still come by. city business to get halving again, you you know, throughout the day with the evening commute it might be better because septa strike is over. >> well, okay, steve give us some details on this. >> reporter: how about this inside detail, that let's say
7:05 am
on this theme that you said before this. you said alex, star power tonight. don't be surprised you will hear this unofficially, but that star power coming into town didn't want to come to a town with a mass transit strike. so the eyes of the world will be on philadelphia tonight and that is why bob brady said hey why do you have everybody conn sun traded on one on the spread them around country and get whole country, they said this it is visual, so with that visual from the white house, wanting the clintons together obama and both obama's and springsteen and bon jovi, while he didn't want guys holding up strike signs in the background. you can bet that the white house got on the hot line and said get this deal done now before we get to town later. that probably had a little kick in the pants as bob brady said. look at this morning rush hour already you see all this bumper to bumper stuff because septa is not up and running yet. people are still driving in. we're still seeing all of this
7:06 am
traffic that we don't normally see at this time of the day especially on these local streets like olde city. is there second and callowhill in the bottom. there is 95 ramp to the vine street expressway on top. this will probably be the last day that we will see all of this congestion unless people are sick of septa and they say figure out to drive i will just keep driving but don't count on that. we will spin around and show you why we are on this corner. this is headquarters of the local 234. they are happy too. because they will get paid after a week without a paycheck. notice that this septa strike is same length as last two six and one days in 05 09, that is average now six and a half, seven days for these strikes n5 years get ready for another week of hardship but jeffrey peteing what bob kelly said, hear is the septa's gm talking about when we can expect to see the first trains trolleys and buses. >> it is hit or miss. the as employees report for
7:07 am
duty and we have enough of them we will put, we will activate the a route and then so over the course of the day services will come backup. even if the p.m. rush we should be mostly good. it really will take, it usually takes about a full 24 hours for us to be running absolutely full service normal service. >> what do you expect to be running first buses trains. >> it all depend, probably broad street and el will come out pretty soon and then we try to put out some of the heavier bus routes first. then it progresses as the day goes on. >> reporter: so, the fourth health kick like this lovely woman and new balance running shoes and pink for breast cancer month shoelacees, will end unless people say you know what i'm used to this walking and these new running shoes or i'm using to dusting off old bike and stick with this because i feel better walking and biking. we will see because it will start getting colder.
7:08 am
you will have an option to take healthy route or old route courtesy of september alex and mike. >> good news lets see what the public reaction is on the different platforms around the area. >> so far lauren we have been seeing lots of smiles. >> hey at fernrock station. >> reporter: that is right guys, lots of smiles here at fernrock station as we tell people news about the septa strike ending, even am bass corresponds out here making the strike run smoother, smiling, jumping up and down. we are trying to keep warm this means nearly 5,000 union workers will be back on the job tomorrow morning which happens to be election day. more services tonight will be helpful for hillary clinton support hours plan to come to the city for her rally. there at independent hall. negotiations continued to express concerns over the inconvenience to its riders lives and even apologized for disruption to the services. the transit agency worried about passengers relying on them heavily to and from work and school and even those who have to make it to there's appointments. passengers say they were never
7:09 am
angry but frustrated in their sudden change in routine. >> it the is great fantastic. >> it is something i have to get home much quicker. >> i love it. because it was time. >> i'm so glad, it is a big inconvenience. to wake up to know it is over and by time i goat off today i can get on the bus. >> reporter: tell me what your week was like last week. >> it was horrible. i got the on the wrong train. i didn't know which train to catch o it was awful. i'm happy that the strike is over. >> hopefully tuesday morning everything will be running and everybody will be happy. >> it won't be so crowded. >> yeah. >> will you both be happy to sleep an extra hour. >> yes definitely. >> yes. >> an extra hour in the morning. >> reporter: so, yes back to normal by tomorrow morning a little inconvenient still this morning, mike and alex, i can tell you one group who will not be too happen bye returning back to normal those
7:10 am
uber and lyft drivers who have have been making a lot of cash over last week. >> owe yah. >> i'm sure they are upset that this is over. >> yes. >> 7:10 now. with just a day to go before the the election presidential candidates they are scrambling to contend with the late et cetera fbi revelation. >> have you heard about this this yesterday afternoon bomb shell bureau says there is no new evidence to pursue charges against hillary clinton, last minute development that could shape the outcome of the race, so doug luzader would i imagine the clinton campaign says how do i get those nine days back. >> reporter: that is the thing and that is why it is tough to say what kind of i am ago it will have have but forget for a moment two major candidates in this election donald trump and hillary clinton but it was this is guy jim comey playing such a big role when he drop yet another bomb shell yesterday. donald trump was a stop in virginia, tie guess continuing
7:11 am
news from the fbi and investigation into hillary clinton. >> right now she's being protect by a totally rigged system. >> it is up to the american people, to deliver justice at ballot box. >> reporter: just hours earlier fbi director james comey sent yet another letter to congress saying his agency had reviewed hundreds of thousands of recently discovered e-mails based on the review we have not change our conclusions we have vested in july with respect to secretary clinton. back to comey original conclusion that clinton was careless about handling classified information but could not be successfully prosecuted. clinton team learned about the development while flying to a campaign event. >> the conclusion he reached in july and we are glad this is resolve. >> this election is a moment of reckoning. >> reporter: clinton didn't mention development at campaign stops but in doubt a relief as her campaign prepared for star studded closing arguments.
7:12 am
donald trump with the whirlwind schedule hitting florida, north caroline, pennsylvania, and new hampshire and winding up in michigan tonight. which could be a critical state for both campaigns with president obama former president clinton and hillary clinton herself heading there for one last push. that is the thing for donald trump the map to victory is so narrow he has to win every single toss upstate and turn traditional blue state red and state like michigan or pennsylvania, states with big electoral halls that have been very friendly for democrats that is going to be very, very tough. as far as this this latest comey news is concerned the fbi revelation that just came down yesterday before more than 40 million people mike and alex have already voted through early voting around the country. >> that is their .40 million people, who voted and many of them over that nine day period where there was a cloud over her campaign.
7:13 am
well, doug, where will you be tomorrow, in new york. >> we're going to be at a polling precinct in virginia tomorrow and then we will be in new york forte after election day. >> you got it. >> we will check back with you. thanks doug. well clinton campaign as a star studded rally, just down the street from our tv studio. the independent mall is what i'm talking about. >> president obama and his wife michelle will show their continued support for clinton. you can see setups going on right there. >> um-hmm. >> this could bring back memories of president obama. he has had rally with is in that exact spot. >> it is birthplace of america, good backdrop. did you mention jon bon jovi. >> and bruce springsteen will be performing. the it will be a big event. >> now, again we're not promoting this because that wouldn't be fair to the trump campaign we just want to let you know there is going to be an interesting traffic dilemma this afternoon jen fred.
7:14 am
>> the interesting thing too is that remember in 202 they did the same thing in ohio, bruce springsteen went with barack obama they did an amazing concert everybody is hopeful this kind of thing can get people to the polls. but of coercive been stalking the hillary campaign people to figure out what is going on. we were wondering why independent hall is not the backdrop. that is the cutaway shot. the as you can see spikers are here, lights are here, bruce springsteen has in the done any campaign events this season. he says he believes in the the process. he didn't think he had much of a voice. believe it or not. other thing that the clinton campaign has said is that up there on the stage, is there a top, secret situation secret service does not the want to us see what will happen up there. but we believe it is probably part of the pyrotechnics display. doors open up at 4:00 p.m. 7:30 p.m. is when this is all expect to begin. you mentioned it, it is jon
7:15 am
bon jovi, bruce springsteen barack owe back, michelle owe bam and bill and hillary clinton. just like they did during the pope's visit there will be people permitted all the way back there quite frankly that is the image and that they want everyone to see and and lined in front of the independent mall, with their eyes, right there on that stage. >> right up there. >> apparently that is not hillary clinton's last stop she had a midnight rally in michigan have we heard yet. >> i do believe let me double-check but we're not last stop. but they are trying to do everything that they can to bring to the last minute. >> you think michigan very blue state would be in her column but no, latest polls show she is up by only four points, that is why the the president is going to michigan today as well. >> this was a shocker
7:16 am

thing called the manikin challenge i have seen it all over twitter facebook, facebook instagram. >> it is every where. you have to pose and act like a manikin. well, don't move, mike. just like that. and then a camera, you get a bunch of people and camera goes around and you freeze in place and see how long you can do it, people do positions and crazy things. >> it the is latest on line challenge. >> you know what the idea is, just strike a pose like madonna said back in the day. >> you were watching the game yesterday afternoon then you saw it, some of the "fox sports" hosts they dit. >> they dit at half time. >> here it is. >> don't move, coming up on the visa half time chiefs are taking on the jaguars ape ben roethlisberger hoping not to let his return be done. terry, michael jimmy howie and me, are next, on visa half
7:19 am
time. >> did you notice giant were in such a good mood after eagles game they did it too. oh barf. the music that is playing is theme song foreman kin song, how do you say their name. when you do it, a lot of the videos that have music or just none at all. is that them in the locker room celebrating after beating us. >> they are in better shape then the fox tv crew. i did notice that. >> there is that. >> got the to be careful of the wean i shots in there. >> there were some? i missed that. >> i thought i saw something. >> bob kelly.
7:20 am
>> let's try to do it tomorrow on the show but i need a scenario, so get on twitter and tell us what should our scenario be. what should we be acting. >> we need to make this better then other ones we have seen. >> others will be over the top. >> you know us bob kelly, we have to do it big or go home. >> do it big or don't do it at all. i thought the they looked like a wax museum. my daughter sent me one that the football team did over weekend in their locker room. here's the deal no service this morning on the septa system. the strikes over, trains, buses will be back but in this order market frankford, then broad street subway back on line. buses and trolleys, service will be phased in throughout the day and big campaign event downtown here we can see it right from our studios here fifth street station will be closed indefinitely and then sky fox over the scene in the kensington section of the city, it is at castor at aramingo. here's what happened.
7:21 am
there was a guy sleeping in a dumpster. he got an early wake up call when the dumpster truck showed up early probably because of the time change and put the come store in and dumped the trash along with him in the back of the truck. he has been taken to the local hospital. we have fire, police activity here at castor and aramingo, in the port richmond kensington section of the city. right at gas station there that is reason for some of those local detours. lets go back to the maps here if we could. doors for this event at 4:00 right on the grass between the constitution center, and independent hall. here you go. a live look from our station. here's market street, okay. here's fifth. here's sixth. here's constitution center off to the right. right in front of the independent hall visitors center is where they are setting it up. for tv shot they will have

constitution center to the right, independent hall to the left and this whole area is going to go in shut down mode at 10:00 a a.m. the same kind of deal we had for pope, fifth street, sixth street, market chestnut and arch all in shut down mode beginning today at 10:00 a.m. all eyes are on the forecast, so hopefully you can serve up something good. >> back over here to mike and alex. >> what? >> you want me here. >> it is us. >> okay. >> here we go. >> i have a question for you. >> yes, your hand are cold. >> freezing. >> it is cold in here. >> coldest studios in america. >> need extra inventive to vote? we will highlight places where they are giving away free stuff if you take proof that you voted i mean tons of free stuff here in the philadelphia area.

7:35 am
44 percent for trump and remainder is divided between gary johnson and jill stein or daffy duck. >> we have just jumped to the electoral college here what you have to here. >> i have got 318 for and i give her north caroline, i give her florida i give her nevada he gets, ohio, air zone, i even give him new ham shire and that is about it. at the end of the day name of the game is get the out the vote and she has an operation and he doesn't. >> did you hear that. >> wrong. >> you have to get to 270. >> yes. >> you have a little bit different. >> he loses north carolina and florida she still gets to 274. >> randy, up next what do you got. >> the percentage-wise i hi hillary tops him at 51 percent donald at 49.

7:39 am
talking. congratulations, i guess to hillary clinton. >> yeah. >> and trump we will see you down the road. >> now both of you get out. >> you are supposed to leave thousand. >> the senate race most important race in the america toomey mcginty, who wins. >> i think katie has got that one if hillary can win pennsylvania by five or more points which i think is possible, maybe even likely. i think that is enough to get katie mcginty, i have her winning by three points. >> randy the republicans. >> pennsylvania is an interesting state at the top of the ticket. we are going blue but we have sophisticated voters that will come down to the side of the race between the performance of toomey and mcginty and i think toomey hold on and he wins by a point and a half. >> i think katie wins by four points. >> four points. >> it is very, very close i predict toomey wins and that
7:40 am
is why people should vote. i could be under one point. this could be one of the real nail biters. >> i think so too. >> sleet. >> senator toomey, did you see this we had a very interesting discussion with him on "good day philadelphia" a last week, he came on. >> and then, i noticed on katie mcginty's web site she's using that "good day philadelphia" interview you in her campaign receiving. >> where is she. >> i will tell what you happened? we invited her than last week, maybe friday, cancelled. maybe today no. so we called her over and overcome on and talk to us like senator toomey did. >> i think toomey has been wanted to address the issues about this race and mcginty has been playing the cloud game of riding the wave. >> the path path toomey wants to get into because he a has been a... >> unaudible. >> you can't even not talk about that.
7:41 am
>> see. >> the discussion will continue, even after tomorrow. >> yes. >> yes. >> a lot of coffee talk after tomorrow. >> thank y'all very much. >> okay. is season over for eagles. they dropped another game they are zero and three and now they are four and four after the halfway point in the season now. is there a slight chance, is there a glimmer of a chance for playoffs for eagles. we will discuss with our sports team, three sports experts next. pat toomey and donald trump both would defund planned parenthood, and criminalize women's right to choose. "there has to be some form of punishment." "for the woman?" "yeah." "i would suggest that we have penalties for doctors... who perform them." and when donald trump insulted women and bragged about... sexual assault, pat toomey refused to reject him. pat toomey: won't stand up to trump. won't stand up for women. dscc is responsible for the content
